طالبات كلية النسا للآداب والعلوم (الكلية النورية) يطلقن مشروع ترجمة كتاب فقهي مرجعي Students of NISA Women’s College Launch Translation Project of a Classical Shafi‘i Fiqh Reference

في إطار رسالتها الأكاديمية الهادفة إلى الجمع بين الأصالة والمعاصرة، أعلنت كلية النسا للآداب والعلوم (الكلية النورية) عن إطلاق مشروع علمي مميز يتمثل في ترجمة كتاب «فتح المعين بشرح قرة العين بمهمات الدين»، أحد أهم المراجع المعتمدة في الفقه الشافعي، وذلك بمشاركة طالبات الكلية وإشرافها الأكاديمي.

ويُعد كتاب فتح المعين من أعمدة الفقه الشافعي، ألّفه الإمام زين الدين أحمد بن محمد الغزالي المليباري، المعروف بـ زين الدين مخدوم الثاني، وهو شرح موسّع لكتابه المختصر قرة العين بمهمات الدين. وقد اكتسب الكتاب مكانة علمية رفيعة، وأصبح مرجعًا أساسيًا في التدريس والإفتاء، لا سيما في جنوب الهند (كيرالا) والمناطق التي تأثرت بالمدرسة الشافعية.

ويهدف مشروع الترجمة إلى:

  • إتاحة هذا التراث الفقهي الأصيل لجمهور عالمي.
  • تعزيز البحث العلمي والمهارات الأكاديمية لدى الطالبات.
  • دعم حضور المرأة في مجالات الترجمة المتخصصة والدراسات الإسلامية.
  • إبراز المقاصد والقيم الإنسانية في الفقه الإسلامي.

ويأتي هذا المشروع تحت إشراف قيادة أكاديمية وإدارية داعمة، حيث يشغل Panakkad Sayyid Munavvar Ali Shihab منصب رئيس مجلس الإدارة (Chairman)، ويتولى Abdussalam Faizy Amanath منصب مدير الكلية (Principal)، فيما تتولى الدكتورة فاطمة أبوواصل إغبارية منصب رئيسة المجلس الأكاديمي الأعلى في NISA Women’s College، وتُعد من الشخصيات الأكاديمية البارزة في مجالات البحث العلمي والدراسات اللغوية.

وأكدت إدارة الكلية أن هذا المشروع يُجسد رؤيتها في تمكين المرأة علميًا، والحفاظ على التراث الإسلامي، وربطه بالمعايير الأكاديمية العالمية المعاصرة.

As part of its academic mission to integrate tradition with modern scholarship, NISA Women’s College of Arts and Sciences (Al-Nooria College) has announced the launch of a distinguished scholarly project involving the translation of “Fath al-Mu‘in bi Sharh Qurrat al-‘Ayn bi Muhimmat al-Din,” one of the most authoritative reference works in Shafi‘i Islamic jurisprudence.

Fath al-Mu‘in was authored by Imam Zayn al-Din Ahmad ibn Muhammad al-Ghazali al-Malibari, widely known as Zayn al-Din Makhdoom II, and serves as an expanded commentary on his concise work Qurrat al-‘Ayn bi Muhimmat al-Din. The book has long held a prominent position in Shafi‘i legal education and practice, particularly in South India (Kerala) and other regions influenced by the Shafi‘i school of law.

The translation project aims to:

  • Make this classical fiqh text accessible to a global readership.
  • Strengthen students’ academic research and translation skills.
  • Promote women’s participation in specialized scholarly translation.
  • Highlight the ethical and maqāṣid-based dimensions of Islamic jurisprudence.

This initiative is conducted under the guidance of the college’s academic and administrative leadership, with Panakkad Sayyid Munavvar Ali Shihab serving as Chairman, Abdussalam Faizy Amanath as Principal, and Dr. Fatima Abu Wasil agbaria as President of the Supreme Academic Council at NISA Women’s College, a distinguished scholar known for her contributions to academic and linguistic studies.

The college administration emphasized that this project reflects its commitment to empowering women in higher education, preserving Islamic intellectual heritage, and aligning scholarly work with contemporary global academic standards.
