Direct all administrative, financial, and insurance-service operations of the region, including benefits determination and insurance coverage.
Supervise the citizen-service and disbursement outlet in Al-Ayyat.
Contribute to policy formulation for the National Organization for Social Insurance by presenting proposals and analysis at regional and general directors’ forums on regulatory and administrative matters.
Deputy Director, Badrasheen Region (Benefits and Insurance Coverage) | National Organization for Social Insurance, Egypt (Nov 2015 – Sep 2019)
Established and launched operations of the newly created Badrasheen Region (2016), including departmental structuring and workforce allocation.
Set up the citizen payment and service outlet in Al-Ayyat (2017) and oversaw monthly pension disbursement.
